All our fabrics and leathers are of high quality, sourced from stock surpluses. There is no minimum order requirement; the minimum purchasable quantity is the smallest available length indicated on the product page. Returns are accepted only in case of major material defects. Non so se sia stato un caso o se capiterà altre volte, ma… se c’è una stoffa che piace, ma al momento non è disponibile un pezzo adatto alle proprie esigenze, vale la pena tener controllato nel tempo ;)

The minimum order quantity is one skin. Each skin has varying sizes, which can be viewed directly on the product page.
Is it possible to order samples?
No, we do not currently offer samples for leathers.
What does exposed price mean?
The displayed price is shown excluding VAT. If applicable, 22% VAT will automatically be added to your cart at checkout.
What is the shipping cost?
Shipping costs vary depending on the weight and destination of the order. The total will be automatically calculated at checkout.
How does VAT work for foreign companies?
If you are a European company without a registered office in Italy, VAT will not be applied by entering your VAT number in the appropriate section in the shopping cart.
Delivery time?
Orders are processed within 5-7 business days, as materials are stored in the warehouses of our supplier brands.
Once your order is shipped, estimated delivery time is 1-2 business days, depending on geographic destination. You will receive an email notification as soon as your order is shipped.

Zerow accepts returns only in cases of serious defects in the material or nonconformity with what is shown on our web portal. In such cases, please contact our customer service department as soon as possible for assistance.
