All our fabrics and leathers are of high quality, sourced from stock surpluses. There is no minimum order requirement; the minimum purchasable quantity is the smallest available length indicated on the product page. Returns are accepted only in case of major material defects. For assistance, please contact our customer service.
We ship within Italy and internationally. Orders are processed within 5-7 business days for full rolls and within 1-2 business days for samples. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and package weight. After shipment, the estimated delivery time is 1-2 business days. Questo jeans mi ha colpita da subito, appena l’ho visto. Inizialmente era disponibile solo in tagli grandi. Ma dopo un po’ di giorni ho ricontrollato e c’era un pezzo da 5mt. Per me che cucio soprattutto per me e la famiglia è andato benissimo!
Non so se sia stato un caso o se capiterà altre volte, ma… se c’è una stoffa che piace, ma al momento non è disponibile un pezzo adatto alle proprie esigenze, vale la pena tener controllato nel tempo ;)

The price for the service (swatches and delivery) is absolutely honest. Delivery was easy and took only a couple of days.

No minimum quantity is required to order However, all of our fabrics are sold by the whole roll only. As a result, the minimum order quantity corresponds to the smallest roll available on the product page and varies by reference and color.
Do you perform the cutting service?
No, we do not currently offer slitting service. We only sell whole rolls and cannot provide custom quantities outside of those listed for each product on our website.
Is it possible to order samples?
Yes, it is possible to request a sample to be sent.
What is the size of the samples?
For orders of one or two samples, the standard size is 10x10 cm. For requests for samples in larger quantities, these will be supplied in folder format. In these cases, the size will be smaller than the standard samples.
What does exposed price mean?
The displayed price is shown excluding VAT. If applicable, 22% VAT will automatically be added to your cart at checkout.
How does VAT work for foreign companies?
If you are a European company without a registered office in Italy, VAT will not be applied by entering your VAT number in the appropriate section in the shopping cart.
How are shipping charges calculated?
Shipping costs vary depending on the weight and destination of the order. The total will be automatically calculated at checkout.
Delivery time
Whole roll orders are processed within 5-7 business days, as materials are stored in the warehouses of our supplier brands.
Once your order is shipped, estimated delivery time is 1-2 business days, depending on geographic destination. You will receive an email notification as soon as your order is shipped.
Return policy
Zerow accepts returns only in cases of serious defects in the material or nonconformity with what is shown on our web portal. In such cases, please contact our customer service department as soon as possible for assistance.
