Mi risponde Alessio Troisi dopo un quarto d’ora. Ragioniamo insieme sulla cosa e gli chiedo come fargli avere la pelle difettosa a fronte della sostituzione con un’altra a posto. Alessio non solo mi ha assicurato la sostituzione immediata, ma mi ha detto di tenere pure la pelle nelle mie mani. “Sarei contento se tu riuscissi a farci qualcosa lo stesso”. Questo capitava mercoledì alle 17,30. Venerdi alle 12 ho ricevuto la pelle sostitutiva. Per me un’attenzione così è un valore che va premiato. Io chiaramente sarò loro cliente a vita 😁 e sono ben felice di divulgare la mia esperienza. Grazie Alessio. Te lo meriti.
