FABRICS
MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY?
There is no minimum quantity required to order. However, as we do not offer cut service, the minimum order quantity is the smallest length available on the product page and depends on each reference/color.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO ORDER SAMPLES?
All our fabrics are sold by the metre. The minimum order quantity is 1 meter per item.
WHAT IS THE SAMPLE SIZE?
The fabric samples are 14x14 cm in size.
DO YOU OFFER SMALL SIZE FABRICS?
Some of our fabrics are also available in smaller sizes. Check the options available in the drop-down menu of each product.
WHAT ARE DEADSTOCK MATERIALS?
Deadstock materials are high quality fabrics and leathers that come from the warehouses of large Italian companies and manufacturers. These materials are recovered and offered at affordable prices to reduce waste and promote sustainability.

The minimum sales unit is one leather which can have a variable size depending on the item in the order.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO ORDER SAMPLES?
Yes, you can order samples to evaluate the quality of the materials before placing an order.
WHAT IS THE SAMPLE SIZE?
The leather samples are 6x6 cm in size.

HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER ON ZEROW
HOW CAN I PLACE AN ORDER ON ZEROW?
To place an order on our site, add the desired products to your cart and proceed to checkout. Follow the instructions to complete the purchase.
CAN I MODIFY OR CANCEL AN ORDER?
Yes, you can make changes to your order until it is processed. Once processed, it will no longer be possible to modify it. To request changes to your order, contact us as soon as possible on +39 335 756 8941 or send us an email at support@zerow.it
WHERE CAN I FIND MY ORDER SUMMARY?
Immediately after completing your order, you will receive a detailed confirmation by email.
PAYMENTS
WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept major payment methods, including credit/debit cards and PayPal and bank transfer.
IS A PAYMENT RECEIPT SENT?
Yes, a final invoice will be sent immediately after shipment of the goods, within two days of payment being recorded.
CAN I REQUEST AN INVOICE FOR MY ORDER?
Of course, you can request an invoice during the checkout process by telling us your SDI code or by contacting our customer service at (support@zerow.it) after placing your order.
CAN I PAY ON DELIVERY?
The cash-on-check payment service is currently not active.
SHIPPING
HOW CAN I TRACK MY SHIPMENT?
It is possible to follow the status of shipments via the tracking number, which you will receive by email as soon as the goods leave our warehouse.
HOW ARE SHIPPING COSTS CALCULATED?
At the time of payment based on the delivery address and the weight of the materials ordered. You can view exact costs at checkout.
HOW WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
Whole roll (or leather) orders require 5-7 business days to prepare as the materials are located in our supplier brand warehouses, while sample orders are processed within 1-2 business days. After shipping, the estimated delivery time is 1-2 business days, depending on the geographic destination. You will receive an email as soon as your order has been shipped.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping times and costs will vary based on the destination and weight of the material.
RETURN POLICY
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Zerow accepts returns only in case of serious defects in the material or non-conformity with what is shown on our web portal. In this case, please contact our customer service as soon as possible for assistance.
HOW CAN I RETURN AN ITEM?
To request a return for defective materials, please contact our customer service team providing your order details and a description of the defect. We will guide you through the returns process
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE A REFUND FOR DEFECTIVE MATERIALS?
Refunds for defective materials will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt and verification of the return.
WHO ARE CHARGED FOR SHIPPING COSTS IN CASE OF RETURN?
In case of return, the return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
