FABRICS
MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY?
There is no minimum order quantity. However, since we do not offer cutting services, the minimum order quantity is the smallest length available on the product page and depends on each reference/color.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO ORDER SAMPLES?
All our fabrics are sold by the meter. The minimum order quantity is 1 meter per item.
WHAT IS THE SAMPLE SIZE?
The fabric samples are 14x14 cm in size.
DO YOU OFFER SMALL RUNS OF FABRICS?
Some of our fabrics are also available in smaller runs. Check the available options in the drop-down menu for each product.
WHAT ARE DEADSTOCK MATERIALS?
Deadstock materials are high-quality fabrics and leathers sourced from the warehouses of large Italian companies and manufacturers. These materials are recovered and offered at affordable prices to reduce waste and promote sustainability.

The leather samples are 6x6 cm in size.

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL AN ORDER?

WHERE CAN I FIND MY ORDER SUMMARY?
Immediately after completing your order, you will receive a detailed confirmation email.
PAYMENTS
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT ?
We accept major payment methods, including credit/debit cards, PayPal, and bank transfer.
IS A PAYMENT RECEIPT SENT?
Yes, a final invoice will be sent immediately after the goods are shipped, within two days of payment being registered.
CAN I REQUEST AN INVOICE FOR MY ORDER?
Yes, you can request an invoice during the checkout process by providing us with your SDI code or by contacting our customer service at (support@zerow.it) after placing your order.
CAN I PAY ON DELIVERY?
The cash on delivery payment service is currently inactive.
SHIPMENTS
HOW CAN I TRACK MY SHIPMENT?
You can track the status of your shipment using the tracking number, which you will receive by email as soon as the goods leave our warehouse.
HOW ARE SHIPPING COSTS CALCULATED?
At checkout, based on your delivery address and the weight of the items ordered. You can view the exact costs at checkout.
HOW WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
Orders for full rolls (or leather) require 5-7 business days to prepare, as the materials are stored in our supplier brand warehouses. Sample orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, the estimated delivery time is 1-2 business days, depending on the geographic destination. You'll receive an email as soon as your order ships.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping times and costs will vary based on the destination and weight of the item.
RETURN POLICY
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Zerow accepts returns only in the case of serious material defects or non-compliance with the product shown on our website. In this case, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible for assistance.
HOW CAN I RETURN AN ITEM?
To request a return for defective materials, contact our customer service team with your order details and a description of the defect. We will guide you through the return process.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE A REFUND FOR DEFECTIVE MATERIALS?
Refunds for defective items will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving and verifying the return.
WHO IS CHARGED FOR SHIPPING COSTS IN THE EVENT OF A RETURN?
In case of returns, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
