La qualità dei prodotti e il prezzo sono ovviamente il motivo della prima scelta. Almeno per me è stato così. Quello però che fidelizza è l’attenzione al Cliente. Quella vera intendo. La mia esperienza parla. Ho acquistato una pelle a pochi mesi dalla prima ed è arrivata con delle irregolarità di superficie dovute ad un avvolgimento non ottimale. Fototografo e mando una mail. Mi risponde Alessio Troisi dopo un quarto d’ora. Ragioniamo insieme sulla cosa e gli chiedo come fargli avere la pelle difettosa a fronte della sostituzione con un’altra a posto. Alessio non solo mi ha assicurato la sostituzione immediata, ma mi ha detto di tenere pure la pelle nelle mie mani. “Sarei contento se tu riuscissi a farci qualcosa lo stesso”. Questo capitava mercoledì alle 17,30. Venerdi alle 12 ho ricevuto la pelle sostitutiva. Per me un’attenzione così è un valore che va premiato. Io chiaramente sarò loro cliente a vita 😁 e sono ben felice di divulgare la mia esperienza. Grazie Alessio. Te lo meriti.

In some cases, it is possible to request a cutting service. Our consultant will guide you in the choice of fabrics offering this option and assist you in every step of the process. Otherwise, we only sell whole rolls, with the quantities indicated for each product on our website.
What is the delivery time?
All orders for whole rolls are processed within 5-7 working days, as the materials are stored in our suppliers' warehouses. Once shipped, the estimated delivery time is 1-2 working days, depending on the destination. You will receive an email notification as soon as your order has been shipped.
How can I buy without VAT if I am a foreign company?
If your company is based in the European Union and outside Italy, you can purchase without VAT by entering your VAT number in the appropriate field of the shopping cart.
What is the minimum order quantity?
We do not impose a minimum purchase quantity, but our fabrics are only available in full roll form. The minimum order quantity therefore corresponds to the smallest roll shown on the product page and may vary according to material and colour.

Yes, you can request samples of our materials. We offer you this possibility to help you choose the fabric or leather best suited to your needs before placing an order.
What is the size of the samples?
For orders of one or two samples, the standard size is 10x10 cm. For requests for larger samples, these will be supplied in folder format. In these cases, the dimensions will be smaller than the standard samples.
