We only accept returns in the event of serious material defects or non-conformity with the product shown on our website. In these cases, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible for assistance.
How are shipping costs calculated?
Shipping costs depend on the weight and destination of your order. The total cost will be automatically calculated at checkout, before completing your purchase.
Do you offer a cutting service?
In some cases, you can request a cutting service. Our consultant will guide you through the selection of fabrics that offer this option and assist you every step of the way. Otherwise, we only sell full rolls, with the quantities indicated for each product on our website.
What are the delivery times?
Full roll orders are processed within 5-7 business days, as the materials are stored in our suppliers' warehouses. Once shipped, the estimated delivery time is 1-2 business days, depending on the destination. You will receive an email notification as soon as your order ships.
How can I purchase VAT-free if I'm a foreign company?
If your company is based in the European Union and outside of Italy, you can purchase VAT-free by entering your VAT number in the appropriate field in the cart.
What is the minimum order quantity?
We don't have a minimum order quantity, but our fabrics are only available in full rolls. The minimum order quantity is therefore the smallest roll listed on the product page and may vary depending on the material and color.
Is it possible to request samples?
Yes, you can request samples of our materials. We offer this option to help you choose the fabric or leather best suited to your needs before placing an order.
What is the sample size?
For orders of one or two samples, the standard size is 10 x 10 cm. For larger sample requests, they will be supplied in folder format. In these cases, the dimensions will be smaller than standard samples.
