The culatta is the hind part of the bovine skin, which includes the rump, flanks, and hind legs, and has undergone a tanning process, which transforms the raw skin into a durable and versatile material. This effect is a characteristic feature of some tanned skins, which is evident by the appearance of darker or lighter spots on the surface of the skin when it is folded or stretched. This veal leather has a thickness of 1.2 mm, ensuring its strength and durability. With an average size of 1.1 sqm, it offers great versatility in usage. Chrome tanning, a process that uses chromium salts, provides the leather with increased resistance to wear and water. The natural finish enhances the intrinsic beauty of the material, maintaining its original characteristics. The Culatta of Veal 1.2 mm is ideal for a wide range of applications. Thanks to its strength and natural finish, it is particularly suitable for making leather goods such as bags and wallets, as well as for furniture, like chair and sofa coverings. Its versatility also makes it suitable for creating high-quality clothing items.
