Is it possible to order samples?
Yes, you can order samples for every item; each sample measures about 5 x 5 cm.
What is the shipping cost?
Shipping costs vary based on the weight and destination of your order. The total will be calculated automatically at checkout.
How does VAT work for foreign companies?
If your company is based in the European Union outside Italy, enter your VAT number in the dedicated field at checkout: VAT will not be applied to your order.
Delivery times?
Orders are processed in the time needed to pass the order on to our supplier and have it fulfilled.

What is your return policy?

If the defects make the material unusable, please email info@zerow.it with photos showing the defect and the quantity of material that cannot be used.
