The 0.6 mm bonded leather reinforcement salpa for leather goods is an item that serves as reinforcement for all leather goods. It has a dry feel with a perfect dry/wet ratio, easy to glue and skive. Compared to leather, it guarantees a saving of over 20% in processing time and yield. In thicknesses from 1.8 mm to 2.5 mm, it is also supplied in sheets with cuts starting from 0.70 cm and a fixed height between 145 and 150 cm. The material can be supplied filled and ready to be painted. Ideal for: REINFORCEMENT It is perfect as REINFORCEMENT in leather goods, furniture, packaging, bookbinding, and footwear to give substance to the product. Used as a filler in products, it guarantees a significant percentage of sustainable product, making the product eco-friendly. FOOTWEAR The colored material in thicknesses from 1.8 mm to 2.5 mm is PERFECTLY suited to the production of insoles. The material retains its rigidity and compactness. ALL our finishes are water-based polyurethane. We have over 2,000 colors available in our database, and thanks to our in-house laboratory, we can match any color requested by the customer. FURNITURE: It is widely used in furniture for concealed rigid parts (for example, the underside of chairs, the back of sofas and couches, and the inside of drawers). Bonded leather is a 100% eco-friendly and sustainable material. It is made from recycled leather scraps and cowhide fiber waste. This innovative, sustainable, and recycled material has become the best substitute for leather: it is pleasant to the touch, soft, and supple.
