All our fabrics and leathers are high-quality, sourced from existing stock. There is no minimum order; the minimum purchase quantity is equal to the smallest available length indicated on the product page. Returns are accepted only in the case of serious defects in the material. For assistance, please contact our customer service.
We ship to Italy and internationally. Orders are processed within 5-7 business days for full rolls and within 1-2 business days for samples. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, based on the destination and weight of the package. Once shipped, the estimated delivery time is 1-2 business days. Minimum order quantity?
There is no minimum order quantity required. However, all our fabrics are sold in full rolls only. Therefore, the minimum order quantity corresponds to the smallest roll available on the product page and varies depending on the reference and color.
Do you offer a cutting service?
We generally don't offer a cutting service and only sell full rolls. Contact our experts for specific requests and we'll see how we can accommodate your needs.
Is it possible to order samples?
Yes, you can request a sample to be sent.
What is the sample size?
For orders of one or two samples, the standard size is 10 x 10 cm. For larger sample requests, they will be supplied in folder format. In these cases, the dimensions will be smaller than standard samples.
What's the difference between wholesale and corporate pricing? How can I access the wholesale price?
The wholesale price is available for orders over €500.
It is automatically applied to the cart once the threshold is reached.
How does VAT work for foreign companies?
If you are a European company not based in Italy, VAT will not be applied by entering your VAT number in the appropriate section in the cart.
How are shipping costs calculated?
Shipping costs vary based on the weight and destination of your order. The total will be calculated automatically at checkout.
